Task: Stitcher and Crafts - Ruths' dresses were made from an altered commercial pattern. Both of them were made out of polyester upholstery fabric. Trim, lace, and covered buttons added the details that differentiate day and evening wear. Skirt and bodices were quick-rigged with skirt hooks and snaps for quick changes.

 

Aprons were made out of muslin and black paint splattered on, to mimic ink spills at a printing press.
